I'm Juliana

Human & organizational development consultant, grounded in corporate law with a systemic perspective.

With over 25 years of experience, I began my career in corporate law — and it was there that I learned that organizations' biggest crises are rarely legal in origin.

They have human origins.

This realization led me down a path of specialization that combines law, organizational behavior, applied neuroscience, and systemic awareness.

Today I work with companies, executives, heirs, and business families who need to turn performance into coherence — and results into longevity.

“Being who you are — with truth, responsibility, and meaning — is not a privilege. It is a right. And it is also a skill.”

Happy, lighthearted, cheerful

Whoever works with Juliana gives birth to a character.

We awaken an inner avatar that sits on our shoulders, advising us, reminding us of who we are and why we came.

A little bird that presents us with our wings, those that allow us to fly far from what does not concern us and thus transform our story.

At 9 years old, Juliana was gifted a green porcelain bird by her grandfather, which she still keeps today.

According to her, inside each of us, there's one of these waiting to fly, and in what color? GREEN!
